All services are subject to availability as provided by respective telecom operators, DTH providers, or utility companies.

User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information while using our Services. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, passwords, and account details. You agree not to misuse, hack, or engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activity while using our Services. Any violation may result in suspension, termination of services, and/or legal action.

Payments, Fees & Refunds

All payments made through our platform are final and non-refundable, unless specifically stated otherwise. Charges, service fees, or applicable taxes may be levied as per government norms or as specified by Digital Gramin Seva. We are not responsible for transaction failures, delays, or reversals caused by banks, financial institutions, or third-party payment gateways. In case of double debit, failed transactions, or disputes, resolution will depend on the concerned service provider, bank, or payment gateway.

While we strive to provide secure, reliable, and uninterrupted Services, Digital Gramin Seva does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted access.
